Jiwaji University Gwalior came into existence on May 23, 1964, through M.P. Govt. Ordinance no. 15 of 1963. Late Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan, the then President of India, laid the foundation stone on 11th December 1964 at a sprawling campus of over 225 acres of land at Naulakha Parade ground. This was a generous contribution of the Scindia family, in particular Kailashwasi Maharaja Shrimant Jiwaji Rao Scindia and late Rajmata Shrimati Vijayaraje Scindia. The institution was christened after the name of Kailashwasi Shrimant Jiwajirao Scindia as a standing memorial to his persona.

Jiwaji University B.Ed Eligibility Criteria:

• The candidate applying for Jiwaji University B.Ed Admission 2024 if he/she have graduation degree from the recognized university
• Those who have attained minimum 50% mark in Graduation or in Post Graduation can apply for B.Ed. admission
• Candidates those who have scored below 50% marks in graduation but have 50% or above marks in the Post-Graduation can apply .

Documents Required: Candidates need to provide with the following mentioned documents:

• 2 photocopies of Class Xth and class XIIth mark sheet & Cerificates
• 2 Photocopies of Graduation Marksheets
• 2 Photocopies of DMCs of Post Graduation
• 7 Passport size photographs
• Copy of AADHAR ID

Age limit:

• There is no specific age limit for carrying out B.ED Course.
